Guangzhou Shengchenmei New Materials Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of ultra-fine powders, specializing in organic and water-based bentonite as well as Aluminum Magnesium Silicate. Established in 2014, the company is located in Guangzhou, China, with an annual production capacity of 1000 metric tons for each product.

SCM2000 is an organic bentonite with ultra-fine particles for easy dispersion. It is suitable for advanced solvent systems like ester, ketone, alcohol, and ether. With a firing loss of 37-43%, it is ideal for industrial coatings, adhesives, and inks for anti-sinking and anti-hanging properties. Recommended addition amount is 0.2-2.0%.

SCM1780 Ultra-fine and high-purity Organic bentonite offers high gel, thixotropy, and transparency for coatings, inks, and electronic adhesives. Ideal for low to high polarity systems, with a firing loss of 34-40% and a fineness of 3.5 (D50 laser detection). Easy dispersion and suitable for high-end applications.

The quality index of the product includes a montmorillonite content above 85%, fineness of 325 mesh, and the ability to produce ultra-fine products up to 4000 mesh with a purity of over 90%. Additionally, it has a whiteness range of 65-80 and a pH range of 6.5-10.5.
This product is commonly used in various industries such as paint, paper, cosmetics, and medicine for thickening, suspension, rheology, and adsorption purposes. It is also utilized in polishing, feed production, and sewage treatment applications.
The product models include SCM - NTD, NTG, LT, 03, T20, L300, L500. Key features: strong thixotropy (thixotropic value 6.0), used in PH5-12 for thickening, easy dispersion (1500 RPM), stability, compatibility with alcohols and solvents, and cost-effective.
